Course 1: Kualoa Grown Hawaiian Raw Oysters Mignonette & Hawaiian Chili Peppa Water

Course 2: North Shore picked Opihi Au Gratin & Waikiki Tako Escargot.

Course 3: Kupu Place mixed Green Salad W/ Trio of Sashimi (Smokey, Hamachi, Salmon) & Trio of Aloha Chef Poke (Tahitian, Hawaiian, Aloha Chef)  

Course 4: Waialua goat cheese wrapped lollipops, Kualoa farmed firecracker shrimp and lobster skewers. Lilikoi Cocktail Sauce

Course 5: Amuse bouche: Back Yard fresh Lilikoi and island lime sorbet

Big Island Surf & Turf: Big Island Crab crusted Main Lobster, Guava Butter sauce & Kualoa Grass fed Beef Tenderloin, Bourbon Peppercorn sauce, Jalapeno Pommes Puree, Anue Nue of mixed farm fresh seasonal veggies.

Maui Wowie Surf & Turf:  Maui Venison back strap, Pomegranate demi-glace, Ritz crusted Ono Uni Butter, Pipikaula , Potato au gratin

“Aloha Chef” Poisson Trio: Mahi Mahi ala Crab Oscar tower, Uni butter and Seared sesame Blackened Ahi topped with Kualoa Shrimp, Scalloped Sweet potato, glazed mini carrots and okra.
